Darlings, before you scuttle off to your kitchen, I must express how deeply enamoured one has become with this exceedingly healthful, moist, and crumbly cake. Bursting at the seams with colourful strands of carrot and succulent sultanas, accompanied by a generous dash of rum, plus a pinch of nutmeg – How heavenly!
